Our team of experts are highly experienced in advising on the best food for your wedding day. Whether that’s advising on which reception drinks to pair with your Tuna Tartare and Truffle Quails Egg canapes or helping you choose between stone-baked pizzas or a grazing table for your evening food – they are passionate about helping you find the option that most suits you and your guests.

Braxted Park Kitchen

Braxted Park Kitchen was founded in 2019 and offers a high-quality, British brasserie approach to your dining experience, providing a feast for the senses, created with the finest ingredients. We’ll add a creative twist to classic dishes, ensuring old favourites remain current and exciting.

Luke Davis – Head Chef

The Braxted Park Kitchen is headed up by Luke Davis, who joined Braxted Park as Executive Head Chef and brings with him a wealth of experience since his first role peeling potatoes with The Prince’s Trust. In his early career, Luke had the honour of working for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother at The Castle of Mey, Windsor Castle, Clarence House and Berk Hall. Luke's resumé now boasts highly acclaimed restaurants and resorts including The Fat Duck and Foxhills Spa, and he has deservedly been awarded 3 AA rosettes in his career. We are extremely proud to have such a highly esteemed chef as our culinary leader. Luke was drawn to Braxted Park because of our passion for sustainability and commitment to sourcing the finest, local ingredients.

Farm-to-fork

We are passionate about creating a more sustainable culinary experience at Braxted Park. As part of our long-term field and farm-to-fork policy, we are on a journey to creating a menu that includes dishes from our own reared meat, game and organic vegetables. With Luke at the helm, we are confident that our vision will be achieved. 

The Kochi Kitchen

If a relaxed style of dining is more your style, then Kochi Kitchen’s sharing bowl approach offers an inviting and informal option for your wedding breakfast. The founder of Kochi Kitchen, Archie Clark was born and raised on Braxted Park Estate and grew up with a passion for cooking using seasonal, homegrown produce. The result is a dynamic and exciting menu which brings the flavours of Southern India to the Essex countryside.
